Open Source AI Agent Framework
I joined Inkeep as its founding Developer Experience Engineer during the pre-seed stage, working on a new open source, full-stack TypeScript framework for building AI agents. The role spanned developer product marketing, software engineering, and forward deployed engineering.
During my time there, the team and revenue doubled and Inkeep raised a $13M seed round.

Community Growth
I grew the open source agent framework to 1,000+ GitHub stars through developer community growth marketing: educational video content, launch weeks, tutorials, devtool partnerships, and product marketing for every new feature across Hacker News, X, and YouTube.
I also organized events, from hackathons and panels to demo nights and webinars, and wrote blog articles on AI devtool trends and comparisons.

Docs and Templates
I created much of the framework's documentation at docs.inkeep.com, along with real-world agent and MCP templates and customer case studies. Docs are the first thing a developer evaluating a framework touches, so I treated them as part of the product.

Shipping Code
I shipped frontend and backend bug fixes and performance optimizations to the open source framework, rigorously testing each change. In total I made 100+ commits to the repo.
Beyond fixes, I contributed UI improvements like the triggers page, schema and API cleanups, and in-product tutorials.

Forward Deployed
I was deployed as a forward engineer to customers adopting AI agents into their business, scoping real-world agent use cases and building integrations that led to new deals for the company.
Open Knowledge
I also helped launch Open Knowledge, a spinoff from Inkeep, and I was responsible for its logo. I prompted the team and iterated with the design agency that created it.
